| The Fund was established in 2001 and is a qualified charity under IRC Section 501(c)(3) making your support fully tax deductible. Its Board of Trustees include representatives from law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical services, and private citizens. Up until its establishment, Chester County was one of the few counties without a financial support vehicle for these special public servants. | |||
